We are starting out on a new sewing curriculum for the kids this year!

Register for our Winter/Spring Session. This session will run for 16 weeks!

Get ready for a delightful sewing adventure that blends tradition with a modern twist! Join our FUN and engaging sewing class, where we’re all about building skills in a lively, creative environment

Students will learn how to use the sewing machine, cut patterns, cut fabric, basic hand sew, as well as other sewing related activities used to design and construct sewing based projects.  Projects will be anywhere from craft, accessory, or home décor item and garments. Our projects begin with simple tasks to teach basic skills and gradually become more challenging. Each new project introduces fresh techniques while reinforcing previously learned skills. We work with your child’s pace and learning style.

🛠️ Equipment and Materials:

  • Machines are provided, or bring your own for added fun!
    • Note: If bringing your own machine, be ready to set up and clean up.
  • All tools are ready for you.
  • A materials list will be emailed to you after registration. We provide some fabric if needed, but we recommend bringing your own. For larger projects, especially if you’re sewing clothing, please bring your preferred fabric.
  • Students will work on their projects at the studio. Each student will have a small container to hold their current project to avoid forgetting projects at home.

📅 Class Details:
New Registrations:
An intro class is always held the first session of each semester. Must sign up for our Learn to Sew class for a full introduction or have basic understanding  on how to use a sewing machine. You can skip the Learn to sew or Intro to Sewing if your child has prior experience and can confidently thread their machines. 

  • New Students: Can begin classes at any time during the school year. Classes are self-paced, and starting mid-year won’t cause them to miss any lessons.
  • Fee Structure:
    • New Registration Fee: $160 (non-refundable)
      • This fee includes your first month’s tuition of $80 and an $80 deposit for the last month.
      • Alternatively, you can pay for the entire first semester upfront, and there will be no deposit/last month required.
    • Monthly Tuition Fee: $80, due on the first of the month. Your next payment will be due the following month of your start date.
  • Prepaid final month fee rolls over to the next school year for continuing students. If payment isn’t received by the 5th of the month, we will consider this as your last month. Your spot will be open for new student for the following month.

👧 Age Recommendations: Recommended for ages 8 and up. If you have a 7 years old interested in learning to sew can join but must be able to follow instructions and show interest in learning to sew. Classes are mixed-age (8-16 years old), with each child working on individual projects at their pace.

📆 Schedule Options: Choose your preferred schedule. A minimum of 3 students. Small Class size.

Bi-weekly classes are held every 2nd and 4th day of the month.

  • Monday classes: January 6 – May 12 (16 sessions, 1 hr. each week)
    1:30 PM – 2:30 PM   (7 seats left) 
    4:00 PM – 5:00 PM  ( 4 seats left) 
    5:00 PM – 6:00 PM  (7 seats left)
    6:00 PM – 7:00 PM
  • Friday: January 10 – April 25  (8 sessions , 2 hrs. each week) (7 seats left)
                     3:30 PM – 5:30 PM (2 hrs. ), (2nd and 4th of the month)

Please note, there will be no classes on the following dates due to holidays:

  • January 20 – Monday
  • February 17 – Monday
  • March 17-21 – SPRING BREAK WEEK

Monday : 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM   | 4 PM – 5 PM  | 5 PM – 6 PM
Friday:  3:30 PM – 5:30 PM (2nd and 4th Friday)

📌 Additional Info:

  • Flexibility: Start and stop anytime. No need to commit to the whole year.
  • Refunds and Withdrawals: All sales are final. Withdrawals with 30-day paid notice. Your last month/deposit will be applied to your last month.
  • Payment Options: Choose Monthly (manual), Recurring Monthly Charge (automatic). Pay the first semester all at once and no deposit/last month required.
  • Make up classes – You are responsible for keeping track if your child needs to make up class. They can make up this class during the “school year calendar”.  They must make up all classes within this school year calendar. Schedule your make up classes prior to showing up.

To reserve your child’s spot in the class, full payment is required. Seats are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

All enrolled students are expected to attend weekly classes.  However, you can withdraw your child at any time with a 30-day paid notice.
