Mastering the Basics, After-school Indialantic

We’ve had several requests for an after-school version of our Mastering the Basics class—so we’re offering one this winter!

In this class, young artists ages 6–12 will explore the foundational elements of art—line, shape, form, value, space, color, and texture—while working with a variety of mediums like acrylic paint, watercolor, oil pastels, chalk pastels, pencils, and colored pencils.

Some projects may take two sessions to complete as students build their skills in layering, composition, and technique.

We’re starting with our January session to see how much interest there is before offering another in February.
