Learn to Sew

Welcome to our Learn to Sew class, this is our  intro to sewing class for ages 7 and up! Our Intro to sewing is designed to be an introduction on how to use a sewing machine for kids ages 7 and up.  Learn basic sewing skills and basic sewing terminologies. Starting from September and onward, enrolling in our Sewing 101 class requires completion of this prerequisite course.

Bring your own sewing machine or use ours! If you plan to bring your machine, don’t forget to bring your foot pedal and outlet.

During the class, we’ll guide you through making a drawstring pouch, a  simple yet practical projects that will help you practice your newfound sewing skills. All necessary supplies will be provided. If we have enough time we will sew a small pillow.

After taking this class you can take our Sewing 101 class.

As we have limited seating available, pre-registration is required.
